You'll measure two places. Use a flexible tape — or a string you can measure against a ruler afterward.
Measure under your bust, around your rib cage, where the band sits. Snug but not tight — fit two fingers under and breathe comfortably. Round to the nearest inch, then add 3. (Odd number? Round up to the next even.) Example: 29" + 3 = band size 32.
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, rounding up to the nearest inch. Subtract your band measurement — each inch of difference is one cup size.
Your band number + cup letter = your size
