Elite performance starts with the right foundation—both in mindset and gear. As Julia Kern and Rosie Brennan fine-tuned every detail ahead of the 2025 Nordic Ski World Championships in Norway, we’re taking you behind the scenes for a look at their preparation.
From pulling on their race-day skinsuits over their trusted Paradis Sport seamless thong, to recovering with a post-training massage in their Paradis Sport seamless bikini, every moment is a testament to the dedication it takes to compete at the highest level. You'll also see the small but essential routines, like hand-washing and drying their Paradis Sport underwear, ensuring they stay fresh and comfortable no matter where their training takes them.
And in perfect harmony with their journey to Norway, Julia and Rosie are sporting Paradis Sport’s Nordic-inspired colorways—a fitting tribute to the landscapes and spirit of ski racing’s biggest stage.
As the competition unfolded, Julia delivered some unforgettable performances, including a standout moment in the Skate Sprint at World Championships:

After battling through a tough two-year stretch, Julia found herself back at the top level in a moment that felt like a personal victory:
"It felt like a win because it had been 2 years since I had made a sprint final, after a tough 2-year stretch. I felt like I skied to my potential and ending up 5th at World Championships maximized where I was at, and felt like a personal victory to feel like myself sprinting again, right at the best time!"
Reflecting on the full World Championships experience, Julia shared:
"World Championships was a mixed bag of some epic highs and really tough days. We experienced a lot of weather—primarily rain and sleet the entire time—and I raced pretty much every other day, competing in 5 out of the 6 events. The sprint and team sprint day could not have gone better. I’m proud of the way I skied and felt like I maximized what I was able to do—and a bit more—with a 5th in the sprint and a silver medal in the team sprint. The atmosphere and crowds were unbelievable, with thousands of fans filling the stadium for every race, no matter the weather. It was an unforgettable World Championships! I ended it with my first-ever 50km in the most challenging snow conditions I think anyone has raced in—shin-deep, bottomless slush that made for a brutal but memorable finish to the Championships."
For Rosie Brennan, the season was a test of resilience, and while the World Championships didn’t go as planned, her unwavering determination never wavered:
"This has been one of the more challenging years of my life, not because my results have been far under my own expectations but because of all the things that collided to make ski racing feel impossible. My coach and I did everything we could to figure things out, but that timeline was too short. I am thankful I had the opportunity to try and have no regrets in that process. I truly did all I could.
I don’t have a full understanding of everything, but my body feels unbelievably foreign and is screaming it’s under attack, so it’s time to stop, reevaluate, and try again. The continued belief and effort to lead me through every up and down by my coach, Erik Flora, is what allowed me to even try and have faith there is a brighter future ahead. The belief and continued effort to get fast skis on my feet, no matter my fitness and health, by Bjorn Heimdal is what got me to the finish line—or even start some days."
Despite the obstacles, Rosie remains committed to the sport and deeply grateful for the support of her teammates, staff, sponsors, and fans:
"My love for skiing and the people around it are what keeps me motivated to press on 💗."

Racing overseas isn't always glamorous. Sometimes it looks like washing your Paradis Sport seamless bikini in the sink.
Every day is full and that means lots of laundry.
