1. What marathon you're training for? I'm currently training for California International Marathon on December 8th, and (hopefully!) my first Boston Marathon in April. I've well surpassed the qualifying time, but you still have to apply and wait for official acceptance based on the number of applicants.
2. How many marathons you've run? The Vermont City Marathon was my 13th marathon this past April, so California International will be my 14th full that I've done.
3. Your best piece of marathon run advice? My best piece of advice comes from running Vermont City Marathon this past spring after signing up the night before with zero training. And no, it's not to not train! It's to try to minimize the pressure we put on ourselves to perform, and rather to just take it all in as it comes. Listen to your body. Remind yourself why you are there. Enjoy the whole experience from training days (good and bad) to race day, and often times the results will follow. You have to believe in yourself first.

What Paradis product you prefer for running? Hands-down my favorite Paradis Sports product is the seamless thong. It truly is the first pair of underwear I've run in that feels like it's not even there. It moves with you, wicks moisture nicely, and also stays put - hard to find! I've tried it all, from a multitude of brands and cuts, to trying to go commando (that wasn't my favorite either, honestly) and have not been able to find something that meets the demands of endurance running like the
Paradis seamless thong. I prefer to wear more of a tight fitting spandex short when I run in the summer, and these are absolutely perfect.

1. What marathon you're training for? I'm looking forward to running the Hartford Marathon on 10/19.
2. How many marathons you've run? I have run 33 marathons to date.
3. Your best piece of marathon run advice? Control the controllables & trust the process. There will likely be something that doesn't go exactly as planned, but if you can focus on these two key points, they will keep your mental energy focused in a positive direction.

What Paradis product you prefer for running? My go to first layer is the
natural fiber bikini. I suggest laying out all your gear for race day the night before. Every single thing from your clothes, shoes,
underwear down to your safety pins and lucky penny. Trying to find something essential the morning of a race is incredibly stressful and should always be avoided.
